1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Committee Members. Apologies were received from Angela Burns and Lynne Neagle, there was no substitutes.
2 Higher Education (Wales) Bill - Evidence session 5
The Committee heard evidence from Higher Education Wales (HEW). They agreed to provide a note on the quality assurance provision of part time students within the Bill.
3 Higher Education (Wales) Bill - Evidence session 6
The Committee heard evidence from NUS Cymru. They agreed to provide a note on the draft Financial Management Code.
